1. Where is residential trash collection service currently available?
   Santek Waste Services provides residential waste collection throughout the majority of the unincorporated portions of Bradley County.
   
   
2. What should I do if residential trash collection service is currently unavailable in my area?
   It’s very unlikely Waste Services doesn’t provide service in your area, but if not, call Santek’s Customer Service Department and report it.
   
   
3. How do your rates compare?
   Waste Services’ rates are extremely affordable and, in many instances, are much lower than our competitors.
   
   
4. Are there a lot of extra “add-on” fees?
   Waste Services charges one monthly fee for waste collection. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
   
   
5. How often will I be invoiced?
   You will be invoiced for your service on a quarterly basis.
   
   
6. How often is trash collected?
   Waste Services will collect your waste once a week on the same day of the week.
   
   
7. When should I place my cart at the curb?
   Ideally, all carts should be placed at the curb the night before your collection day. However, if that’s not possible, place your cart at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on your collection day.
   
   
8. Is there an extra charge for the carts?
   All new Waste Services’ customers receive a complimentary 95-gallon rolling cart as part of their monthly service.
   
   
9. What if my items will not fit in the cart?
   On a one-time basis only, Waste Services will collect items that don’t fit in your cart. If this is a recurring event, call Waste Services’ Customer Service Department to order additional carts.
   
   
10. Where does my trash go?
    Once your waste is collected, Waste Services takes it Bradley County Landfill which is managed by Waste Services’ parent company, Santek Environmental.
    
    
11. Is Santek Waste Services really a local company?
    Santek is a locally owned and operated solid waste management company with 24 years of experience. Santek’s corporate headquarters are located in Cleveland on the corner of 25th and Keith streets.
    
    
12. Are dumpsters available?
    Dumpsters are always available for homeowners. Please call Kim Shay at 593-1383 to order your dumpster on a temporary or permanent basis.
